What is the accelerator program?
Revenue House Accelerator is a 12-month program designed to help B2B startups navigate the challenges of scaling. We provide founders with the mentorship, resources, and strategic guidance needed to turn great ideas into thriving businesses.
Our program goes beyond just revenue generation. We support startups across every critical area- go-to-market strategy, product development, market research, legal and compliance, fundraising, and operational efficiency. Participants gain access to industry experts, proven frameworks, and a network of successful entrepreneurs and investors.
Over the course of a year, founders receive hands-on mentorship, refine their business models, and implement the systems needed for long-term success. Whether you're fine-tuning your product, securing your first customers, or preparing to scale, Revenue House provides the structure and expertise to help you move faster and smarter.

How does it work?
Application & Selection
We accept ambitious founders with high-growth potential. Startups go through a selective application process where we assess their market opportunity, product vision, and team strength.
Onboarding & Goal Setting
Once accepted, each startup undergoes an intensive onboarding phase where we define key milestones, tailor a growth roadmap, and set measurable goals for the year ahead. Provided these goals are met, Revenue House will acquire a 5% equity of the business.
Core Program (Months 1-9)
Over the first nine months, founders receive hands-on mentorship, workshops, and real-world execution across critical areas:
- Market Research & Positioning – Understanding your market, competitors, and customer needs.
- Product Development & Validation – Refining your product to ensure strong market fit.
- Go-To-Market Strategy – Developing scalable sales and marketing systems.
- Revenue & Growth Optimisation – Implementing repeatable processes to drive sustainable revenue.
- Legal & Compliance Support – Navigating regulatory requirements and structuring contracts properly.
- Fundraising & Investor Readiness – Preparing for investment rounds.
Acceleration Phase (Months 10-12)
In the final three months, we focus on refining execution, scaling operations, and preparing for long-term success. Founders receive guidance on securing partnerships, expanding teams, and positioning for future investment or acquisition.
Post-Accelerator: What's Next?
At the end of the program, startups have two paths:
- Continue with Revenue House – Gain access to our exclusive core services, including advanced mentorship, strategic partnerships, and specialised growth support.
- Part Ways Amicably – Equipped with the skills, strategies, and network to succeed independently, startups can move forward on their own terms.
Either way, graduates of the program remain part of the Revenue House network, with continued access to insights, connections, and opportunities.
